Insurance & Reimbursement
Resilience Room Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company. We provide a detailed superbill (an itemized statement including diagnosis and procedure codes) that you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by plan—please contact your insurance provider directly to verify coverage and submission procedures.
Payment is due at the time of service by credit card, HSA, or FSA.
Most HSA and FSA cards are accepted for therapy services. Please verify eligibility with your plan administrator.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy allows us to reserve time exclusively for you and maintain availability for others on the waitlist.
